We gather relevant property records, maps, and legal descriptions of your property to identify the survey area.
Using specialized GPS equipment, we measure distances, angles, and elevations and mark the property’s boundaries to determine the client’s property lines.
Research & Field Work

After determining the exact position of your property lines, we place wooden stakes along your property, as well as permanent markers on the property corners. Clearly stating exactly what land you own.
